After years of trying to lose weight, I finally reached my goal this morning. I am now 125lbs. So what does that mean? Well-I am really happy to have transformed myself like that. It might have been a little easier if I had worked out and exercised but I didn't. I did however follow the basic rule of dieting-limit calories and the weight comes off.Now that I got here, I will continue to work at putting some exercise into my life. Not promising anything! Ha! I HATE IT! Would I like to lose more? Yes! Not sure if that is even possible... It was hard enough to get here. If I do it will be a surprise. I am okay with being here. I like wearing comfortable clothes. For the first time in years I am able to wear a size small. That feels good. So we shall see where things go but at least today I can check this off my list of goals!

Congratulations! You look fantastic. Although that's nothing new.
As for exercise, why not do something that doesn't feel like exercise? For me, that usually means going for a walk to get something I like - maybe a tasty coffee. The key is to pick someplace kind of far away (and something that isn't super calorie-heavy at the end, heh). A bike ride is great, too. But mostly - for me - the key is to have a destination. What is it Seinfeld says? "We're working out so we can get through our workout." No thanks.
Take T with you and it will be a nice outing, rather than chore...

Congratulations! I'm embroiled in my own weight loss crusade (i started my calorie counting diet about four months ago, and it has been successful thus far), so it is always encouraging to hear stories of success! I agree with underused that you already looked fantastic, so you are still looking fantastic! Good luck and keep up the good work!
