HA! I have my Walking Papers!
These papers say-Cancer Free! Huzzah!
(Today, while changing back into my street clothes having had a second mammogram and sonogram for a mass... Happy to get a clean bill of health!)

Do you know I still have that Christmas card you send ages ago (with the two-headed reindeer) on my kitchen cupboard door? It's there 12 months a year because I can't bear to take it down.

@edithshead - OH GOODNESS! I hope you really don't mind that I twittered you? G!!! I really think you just make life worth reading about... I feel like it is a crime to keep your blog to myself. I want to share you and your writing with everyone. Seriously if this is not okay-let me know. I guess I should have asked first.
Hahaha! HOW can I be so supportive? Well it is one thing to just blog, but it is another thing to be as deeply talented as you are, with words. YOU are no different to me than any artist who creates with brushes, pencils, or metal and wood. For this talent, which I adore, I feel so excited to know you.
SO please keep writing, expressing ideas and feelings inside. Share the memories and the observations about everything. It MAKES a difference in my life to be able to have the gift of your words. They allow me to think about other things, about past things and it is a well needed escape!
Anyhoo- Thank you again for sharing as you do. Don't stop.
